What types of private information about me do you gather?

In order to verify your identity, we may collect personal identifiers like your name, contact information (such as your phone number(s), email address, mailing address, and job title), credit card or bank account information, business information (such as records of the goods or services you’ve purchased or other usage patterns), and information about your online activities.We knowingly do not assemble any data on anyone under the age of 16.

Do you sell, distribute, or leak the personal information I provide?

If it’s essential for business and operational reasons, we could internally share your personal information from the categories above with our other group companies and service suppliers.

We could sell or buy assets as we build up our firm. the right to submit a “personal information request” to obtain a copy of the precise personal data that was gathered on you during the previous 12 months;

the option to have such data removed (excepting where such information is required to: i.provide you with goods or services you requested; ii. detect or resolve issues security or functionality-related issues; iii. comply with the law; iv. conduct research in the public interest; v. safeguard the right to free speech; and vi. carry out any actions for internal purposes that you might reasonably expect).

the option to request, if appropriate, that your personal data not be sold to other parties.

the freedom from being treated unfairly as a result of exercising any of the new rights.

Within a calendar year, you have the right to submit two requests for information. We will need to obtain certain information from you in order to confirm your identity if you submit a request for information. Within 45 days, you will get a response to your request.

You must always include your entire legal name, home address, mobile phone number, email address, the consumer right you are contacting about, and the specifics of your request for all inquiries.
